Potluck Dinners and Spirit Rallies
Following Game Day on Fridays before home meets, the team and their families get together with everyone pitching in to bring the ingredients for a potluck dinner. There are themes for each weekend to get the swimmers into the fun atmosphere of competing in a meet. It is a evening of fun, wonderful food and good feelings that all enjoy!
During Game Day on Fridays before away meets, the coaches inspire and pump up the swimmers' confidence for an exciting experience at a different pool.
Each meet will have an individual “theme” to be carried out from the Friday Potluck Dinner or Spirit Rally through the Saturday Meet. The descriptions below are only suggestions...the only limitation is your imagination! Everyone gets into the action! Go for it and have some fun!
Wacky PJ Night - June 24-25
Bring pasta. Wear your pajamas, bring nail polish, hair “do-dads” and facial masks! We’ll spend the evening like we were going to spend the night..but we won’t...
If your last name begins with the letter:
A - G please bring Dessert
H - R please bring Pasta (this may include Mac ‘n Cheese, Spaghetti or any other favorite pasta dish) (Please bring enough to feed at least 15 people. )
S - Z please bring a Side Dish
Eat My Bubbles Night - July 7/8
We'll supply the hotdogs if you supply the side dishes and desserts. Deal? Featuring special bubble-themed party gifts too!
If your last name begins with the letter:
A - G please bring a Side Dish or a Big Bag of ChipsH - R please bring Dessert
S - Z please bring Hot Dog Buns (Please bring enough to feed at least 15 people.)
We will provide the HOT DOGS!
Pizzazz Night - July 14-15
What better food can there be at Pizzazz night than Pizza? Wear something with a lot of pizzazz. Let's make the night colorful and crazy!
We will be ordering Pizza from Blackjack’s again and charging your family $10 at the entrance to the pool that evening. The charge is yet to be determined based on participation, we will keep you posted by email and will ask for a commitment at a later date.

A – G please bring anything that goes with Pizza! (chips, fruit, veggie dish…anything will do!)
H – R please bring a SIDE DISH
S – Z please bring DESSERT

Team Pictures
2006 team pictures will be taken Thursday morning, June 22rd, starting at 8:30 am by Action Pic Photo. In addition, Action Pic Photo will be taking action pictures of the Stingrays in action during the home meet June 15th.
Team Apparel
Team apparel featuring the cool new Stingrays logo will be available for sale at Apparel Day, Wednesday May 24th from 3:00 to 6:00 pm at the Canyon Club pool.
Awards Banquet
We always end the season with a fabulous awards banquet where the kids receive trophies and awards and everyone has a great time. Details coming soon!
