Communications
Introduction
One of our primary goals continues to be improving communication among all swim team participants. Following are the means in which we are trying to accomplish that:
Email
All communication regarding the swim team will be via email. Please be sure
that the email address you provide at registration is correct and is one
that you will check often. If your email address changes during the season,
be sure to notify the Newsletter Editor by clicking here so that you continue to receive swim team information.
Newsletter
A weekly newsletter will be sent via email in pdf format and will also be
available here on the web site. It will contain notes from Coaches and the
Board, as well as maps for upcoming meets, meet and practice schedules,
social information and any other pertinent items.
Bulletin Board
Schedules and other pertinent information will be posted on the bulletin board at the entrance to the pool.
“Ask Me” Table
The first week of practice, Board members will be available during practice to answer any questions or concerns you might have with the start up of the season.
Family File Box
Each family has a file in a plastic storage box which is brought out during practices. This is where you will find the ribbons your children received at the previous week's meet.
Please don‘t hesitate to contact any board member if you have a problem or even a concern. We cannot emphasize enough our desire to avoid problems we have had in the past due to poor communication. Let us hear from you so we can do whatever is necessary to clear up any problems or alleviate any concerns.
